18 & Under Sellersville Belles Gold

The Sellersville Belles travelled to York, PA this past week and came home Sunday afternoon with a third place finish. There were 29 teams in the tournament. The Belles went 1-1 in pool play on Thursday to be a 2 seed in the double elimination format Championship Tournament. The Belles then won 4 games to get to the winners bracket finals. They face a neighboring opponent, the Harleysville Thunderbirds, and unfortunately lost 10-5. Then in the losers bracket final dropped a heartbreaker 4-3 to the Razorbacks and thus were eliminated, but finished third in a very competitive field of 29 teams.
